Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines physical postures
(asanas) with breath (pranayama) in a continuous flow. Each movement is
connected with the breath, and these movements are performed in
synchronization with the breath. The goal of Vinyasa Yoga is to strengthen
and increase flexibility in the body, improve breathing and blood
circulation, and achieve inner calm and focus. Vinyasa Yoga is a practice
that can be adapted to different levels, from beginners to advanced, and is
ideal for those seeking a dynamic yoga practice.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on achieving deep relaxation and
flexibility of the soft tissues of the body, such as joints, tendons, and
muscles. Unlike other forms of yoga, Yin Yoga poses are held for longer
periods, often for about 3-5 minutes. This allows the body to relax deeply
and affect the soft tissues, while at the same time enhancing concentration
and seeking inner peace.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic yoga practice that aims to
rejuvenate and relieve the body and mind. This practice usually consists of
gentle and long-lasting poses that allow the body to relax and renew.
Props, such as pillows, blankets, and blocks, are used to support and help
the body achieve deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a technique of deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the body
and mind. It combines a level of unconscious sleep with full awareness and
achieves a reduction of anxiety and stress, improvement of sleep,
strengthening of the immune system, and an increase in concentration and
creativity.
Class duration 30 min.

Yoga and Fitness (vibration Plate plus props)
Gentle yoga to warm up, including body movements and breath techniques.
This class will be split into parts using yoga and a vibration plate. Other
props and tools will be used to work on each body part.
